Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on the 15th of August, 1994. Her career in the fitness industry is very well-known. Ashley isn't very vocal about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s is credited with inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley started swimming at the young age of four, and she has maintained the sport for more than 10 years. It is thought that Ashley was a participant in diverse competitions. She did not put in the time because she was not willing to stick strictly to the strict rules of diet so her body would function at optimally. When she was in high school her popularity grew due to appearance and physique. She isn't known to have dated anybody during this period. Ashley chose not to attend college after she graduated and instead focused on her modelling career as a fitness model. Ashley was 15 when she realised how dissatisfied she was with her body. Encouraged by her grandfather she decided to join the gym. She followed his suggestions and started gradually. What she did not know was that she would be spending the next 9 years sculpting her figure and steadily becoming an fitness model. Ashley was enthused by her performance at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships won seventh place. Inspiring by her defeat, she continued to train hard. Ashley was awarded the fifth place in the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to compete again. As she was competing, she received offers for photoshoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her work and decided to decline. Now that she's stopped competing, Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. A cover shot in one of the biggest fitness magazines led her to a career as a fitness model. Since then, she has become an established model that has been a part of numerous bikini companies and world-class clothing firms.
